Apollo Streams Inc. (“Apollo Streams”) is committed to the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information Apollo Streams collects, how we collect and use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. 2. Personal Information We Collect
When you visit our websites, download or install a software application, create an account, purchase or register a product, complete a survey, submit content, or download a software update, we may collect information including: name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, payment information and payment history, and athlete or team related profile information where applicable.
Athlete profile information may include information provided by an athlete, parent, guardian, coach, school, or other authorized representative, such as name, team, jersey number, position, school, highlights, photos, video clips, and similar content used to provide Apollo Streams services. Authorized representatives are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions to provide information about athletes, including minors.
We may also collect information when you contact us in person, by telephone, or by email. When you email us, your email address will be recorded for responding to your request. If you represent an entity and subscribe to newsletters or product updates, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the email footer or by contacting support@apollostreams.com.
We may receive and store website usage information when you visit our websites. This may include pages visited, time and date of access, referral source, browser type, and other engagement data. We may also collect IP address and device identifiers and may associate those identifiers with information you provide.
We collect and store personal information you provide through registration, events, surveys, customer support, and other correspondence. We may also collect technical and diagnostic information to improve, support, and maintain our software. This may include date, time, device type and settings, operating system, language, region, crash data, IP address, and other information about product usage and actions.
3. Data Storage
Apollo Streams uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate our websites and services. These vendors may process and store data on our behalf. Apollo Streams owns the code and databases and related rights.
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other locations where Apollo Streams or its service providers operate. When information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with applicable law.
Apollo Streams uses reasonable safeguards designed to help protect personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet, wireless transmission, or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Apollo Streams cannot warrant the security of information you transmit, and you transmit information at your own risk. Our websites are intended for a general audience.

Children under the applicable age of digital consent are not permitted to create accounts on our websites and services unless a parent, guardian, or school or team representative provides information on their behalf and represents that appropriate permissions have been obtained. We will delete information later determined to have been collected in violation of this section.

8. Tracking
Apollo Streams websites and mobile applications do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Personal information is retained as long as necessary to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless longer retention is required by law. Retention is subject to periodic review. We may keep anonymized data for statistical purposes without time limits where permitted by law.

We will verify your identity before processing certain requests. To verify, we may ask you to provide information such as the email address and phone number you previously used when interacting with us. We will use verification information only to process your request.
We aim to respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may take up to 90 days where permitted and we will notify you. We generally do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
Non Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services solely because you exercised your rights, except as permitted by law.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Notice
Some browsers include a Do Not Track feature. Because how browsers communicate Do Not Track signals is not uniform, our websites do not currently interpret or alter practices when Do Not Track signals are received.
